
Johnson has however laughed off criticisms his side have merely been picking up points against weaker teams in the division - a charge levelled at his charges by opposing managers in the past weeks.
"We have to give credit to the lads. I just feel they haven't been given enough credit for the run they've had - whether its locally or nationally," he told the club's official website.
"Opposition managers keep saying they've slaughtered us in games but lost 2-0, or 2-1 in Norwich's case where 'the referee cost them the game'.
